Back in May, Chris and I had the opportunity to go to Munich. He had already been a few times, but I was excited for my first visit! On our first full day there, Chris had to work all day, so I went out and explored the city on my own! Read on to hear about my day out in Munich!
When Chris and I were in Paris at the end of December, he mentioned that he'd love to go take a tour of the Garnier Opera House - or the Palais Garnier, as it's called in French. "Opera??" We just had the most incredible week in western Norway. I mean, I knew it would be beautiful, but wow, was it beautiful!! The fjords and mountains were simply stunning! On the first full day of our "holiday" (as the Brits say) in Switzerland, it was cold and rainy. We decided to save the skiing for the next day and take a little road trip in our rental car instead.
